These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1irm ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://1irm.cam (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant-win products, and promotional offerings.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, operating system, browser, or network connection used to access the Platform. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may be unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an active Account on 1irm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1irm enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling activities on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where such access would violate applicable local laws.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period with 1irm or any other gambling operator.
• You must not have had a prior 1irm Account closed for fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or abuse of promotional offers.
• You must be the beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 1irm or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your Account details in the event of any change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any time we deem appropriate for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes, 1irm may require you to complete identity verification. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid international passport (photo page)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement or screenshot of eWallet account showing your name)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. 1irm reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient or where enhanced due diligence is warranted.

All financial transactions on the 1irm Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1irm supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. 1irm does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1irm Account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• 1irm targets processing of MYR bank transfers and DuitNow withdrawals within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during Malaysian public holidays or scheduled banking maintenance windows.
• 1irm reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks that may temporarily delay the processing of a withdrawal. Users will be notified via email if additional documentation is required.

1irm offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and free spin credits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, and to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single-bet limit of MYR 250 per round or spin applies. Bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, video poker, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits must be wagered within 14 calendar days of being credited to your Account. Unexpired and unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your Account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Non-transferable: Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person or Account.
• Abuse Prevention: 1irm reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, matched betting schemes, or collusion.

All bets placed on the 1irm Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant market or game type, which are accessible within the Platform interface. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 1irm does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific sport or market rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 1irm reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in the published odds or game parameters (including but not limited to software malfunction or data feed error), 1irm reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the stake to the User's Account balance.
• For live sports betting markets, bets accepted after an event has materially changed (e.g., a goal scored before bet acceptance) may be voided at 1irm's discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The results of all completed rounds are final and binding.
• In cases of disputed game outcomes, the result recorded in 1irm's system logs shall be considered definitive, subject to technical investigation where evidence of a software fault is presented.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1irm Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or cheating in connection with any event on which bets are offered.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, generate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Conducting any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including professional arbitrage betting or coordinated wagering schemes.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing any other individual to use your Account.

1irm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated by the User or their payment provider without prior dispute resolution contact with 1irm's support team.
• A User voluntarily initiates a self-exclusion request through 1irm's responsible gambling tools.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, any remaining cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method after all relevant checks are completed, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 1irm's customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not remove any outstanding wagering obligations or payment liabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1irm and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or Platform downtime — including during live betting events such as EPL or Liga Super Malaysia fixtures.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by 1irm in good faith under these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 1irm does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform at all times.

In any event, 1irm's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

All content available on the 1irm Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 1irm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 1irm.

Any unauthorised use of 1irm's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

1irm is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for certain individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after the change is requested.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts can be configured to notify Users after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users experiencing difficulties with problem gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 6 months by contacting our support team. During the exclusion period, the Account will be fully locked and no access or promotional materials will be issued.

1irm reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material in nature, 1irm will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are archived and available upon written request to 1irm's compliance team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1irm is licensed to operate.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms as translated into any other language and the English language version, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.
